EXHIBITING FEES  for Santa Fe, New Mexico

the Fee is

$150 for one piece

$175 for 2 pieces

$200 for 3 pieces

 

Exhibiting fees for Las Vegas, Nevada

February 1 to 5,  2012
the Fee is

$150 for one piece.

 $175 for 2 pieces

$200 for 3 pieces

 

To exhibit in both shows Santa Fe and Las Vegas

the Fee to exhibit in both shows is

$250 for one piece

$275 for 2 pieces

$300 for 3 pieces

 

WAF does not receive any money from the sales of your work.

If your artwork is sold you will receive 75% of the selling price  

The galleries will receive 25%

 

WHERE DO THE EXHIBIT FEES GO

The fee paid by the Artists will be used to pay the following services: 
• Rental of the exhibition space.
 •cleaning costs,
• security guards,
• Hostess assistance during the exhibition,
• setting up exhibition structures and hanging fees
• Cost of floral arrangements.
• Public Relation to secure media coverage.
• Advertising,
• Administrative costs,
• Opening reception

• Administration travel and hotel expenses   

For each item a label must be securely attached to the back of each painting. One extra label should be included for back up. It should include the following information
o Artist name
o Name/Title of painting
o Price of your artwork
o Size of artwork (height x width)
o Return shipping address and local telephone number
o Your Email address

   
To make sure package reaches us on time and in good condition please use a professional shipping service. We suggest you insure your artwork.
WAF is only responsible for art when it is in our possession.
Do not ship art framed with glass.

If you prefer to send artwork rolled we can provide a service to frame your art with a standard frame for the following prices:
12X12 = $50
12X18 = $65
18X18 = $85
18X24 = $100
24X 24 = $125
24X30 = $135
30X36 = $150
30X40 = $175
36X40 = $200
More elaborate frames are available for higher prices

RETURN SHIPPING instructions.
At the end of the event WAF will deliver your art to a reliable shipping company. The shipping company will contact you through email to go over return shipping options. It is your responsibility to pay for your return shipping.

Artwork left behind at the shipping service will be considered abandoned if arrangements are not made to ship your work back to you within 7 days after the end of the event.

If your artwork is sold you will receive 75% of the selling price in the
In Las Vegas the venue takes 25% of the sale.

General Regulations
WAF does not receive any money from the sales of your work.
If your work sells, you receive 75% of the sale. The galleries receive 25% of the sale.   

There are no refunds. However you may apply your deposits to other WAF events and shows.
 
 
In an exhibition space, up to a maximum of three works may be shown. Works to be exhibited on a wall may not exceed a total weight of (40 kg). For security reasons paintings should be transported   without glass.   For heavier artworks please contact the expo management

The location of art works and the artistic itineraries of the exhibition are at the discretion of the WORLD ART EXPO. The exhibition areas offer standard conditions which provide exhibiting panels and floor space with adequate lighting; for particular requirements please inform the management.
   
  ART EXPO SANTA FE insures the works exhibited at the Exhibition Space against fire, theft and civil responsibility only during the period of the exhibition,   Each artist is responsible to insure his/her works against theft or other damage to the works during shipping and handling including transportation (round trip), storage, and while being transported from the warehouse to the exhibition space. Every policy must contain a clause waiving the right of bringing any claims against the exhibition centre WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE, and the other exhibitors. Uninsured exhibitors will be admitted to the WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE only if they agree to be personally responsible for the responsibilities set forth herein.

Artists are not required to be present during the WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE Costs for transportation of the works, including insurance in transit and in the warehouse before and after the event, are in addition to, and not included in, the Artist's share to participate in the WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE

The general public is invited to attend the WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE. We will encourage public attendance through publicity and marketing the event.

There is no refund however you may apply the fees to another WAF event.

Because of the international character and size of the WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE, these General Regulations are subject to modification. Participants will be informed of any changes by email, letter or other circulars regarding the relationship between WORLD ART EXPO SANTA FE, the Artists, the critics and other collaborators in the exhibition. WORLD ART EXPO   reserves the right to adapt these Regulations as particular circumstances warrant or to change the place and/or date of the  ART EXPO SANTA FE, giving notice to all interested parties.

Any controversies will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in the city of Irvine, according to US laws. The undersigned expressly approves the conditions
