I believe the paintings are safe. My son picked mine up for me, however, JoJo wrote a message on the group 'Santa Fe' ~~~~~~~not to worry, all the work is stored and safe.

He has been working hard on health issues, very serious, and that is why the daily communication stopped for a while. Soon we will know more. Until then, I am sure your work is safe in some storage facility, I would imagine. If I can locate the message from JoJo, I will post it here.

I hope you are well.

There was a notice sent out re. exhibition in Santa Fe  a while ago, and I responded 'yes' but haven't heard anything about it again. Most of these are still from 2010.

THIS IS A SILLY QUESTION HOWEVER~ I DIS ABLED RECEIVING EMAILS FROM LASVEGAS GROUP / FEBRUARY / AND I CANNOT FIND HOW TO RE-INSTATE. WHERE IS THE EMAIL SETTING PAGE ???

I love all of the work you do ~~~ it is such a 'high' to view such a diverse talented group all in one place.

WHERE DOES THE EXHIBIT FEE GO
The fee paid by the Artists or their sponsors will be used to pay the following services:
• Design, editing and printing of the Best magazine/catalogue
• One copy of the catalogue will be given to every exhibiting artist during exhibition
• One copy to each of the members of the Jury, Committee and representatives of the cultural and political world that collaborated with the organization.
• One copy to each gallery, museum and art center curators and/or their representative
• Rental of the exhibition space.
• Venue maintenance,
• cleaning costs,
• security guards,
• phone operators,
• Hostess assistance during the exhibition,
• electricity and electricity assistance for basic maintenance,
• setting up exhibition structures,
• Cost of decorative furnishing and floral arrangements.
• Public Relation to secure media coverage.
• Advertising, including posters, banners for publicity and their installation.
• Administrative costs, including secretarial, postage
• Insurance cost for the artworks during the exhibition.
• Travel and hotel expenses for the expo administration.

In order to provide excellence we have determined that The Agency's artists mush have the following characteristics:

Creations with merit and broad appeal
Personality and an interesting story to share
A willingness to listen to The Agency for direction
The ability to produce work at a rate that will keep galleries supplied
FAMA represent artists by signed contract .
FAMA places artists in better galleries and builds momentum to the artists career.

We believe we have identified the necessary elements toward achieving the goals our artists seek with respect to commercial and artistic success. We seek artists whose art has merit and who enjoy broad appeal. With our networking capabilities we believe we can fast track our artists onto the national scene, create industry buzz, and build a loyal and appreciative gallery base for thier work. This allows our artists to concentrate on artistic endeavors and leaves the marketing orchestration legwork largely to us.
In broad brushstrokes the elements of fast tracking would involve a mix of the following.
• Placement of art in galleries that we know can be trusted for good support and ethical business dealings.
• Plan with galleries to promote art, educate staff, and incentivize art consultants.
• Handle the business end of dealings with galleries regarding credit and payment activity,
• Set up, man and promote trade/ consumer show exhibitions for art
• Strategic placement of advertising in collector books to build exposure and demand for artwork beyond gallery placements.
• Strategic placement of advertising in trade publications to reinforce gallery support and help secure additional qualified galleries.
• Work with magazine editors to secure favorable reviews of artwork nationally.
• Work on museum placements and exhibits
• Assistance with web content and program features

In many cases building an artist following and reputation can take a number of years to develop a full head of steam. It some cases it can take considerably longer. Our advantages are the work of our artists are broadly appealing, the art is priced reasonably for the quality which will encourage galleries and consumers (as an artist becomes more prominent prices appreciate of course), and the artists’ ability to produce art in a reasonable quantity to keep things rolling right along.

One reason it often takes several years to build a head of steam is the promotional and marketing effort is largely self funding from sales activity. Our organization is made up of bright, ethical, moral people who have built a strong reputation for integrity over the years, and as you would expect, we know our business extremely well. Further, we are genuine, hard working people you would like dealing with.

Included in class A membership. The members are entitled to exhibit 4 of their work in the WAF gallery** for the entire year at no charge*.
Included in class A membership. One of The Member’s artwork is taken on a 10-city tour to be exhibit for the viewing of that city’s gallery and museum curators. At no charge* Members pay for the shipping of the art. (may exhibit 3 artworks per city)
Included in class A membership The members may exhibit one of their art pieces to up to 5 world expos at no charge. Members will pay for shipping of the art.
Included in class A membership The member will receive a webpage on the official WAF website. The page will be building by WAF webmaster and maintained for the year.
Included in class A membership The members may download up to 20 images of their artwork each month on all the various online WAF networks sites at no charge.

CLASS B MEMBERSHIP us$500 for the year

**Although the WAF Gallery is open to the public, it is mostly dedicated to exhibit the artwork of our members to gallery and museum curators. Occasionally we hold receptions, special events and openings take place at the WAF list of curators and collectors are invited to attend.
