The Loves of Women Exhibition and sale

Love is everywhere and appears in all shapes, and colors. The most universally accepted love is between a man and a woman.

WAF and GLOBAL ART GALERY- SANTA FE ARE delighted to host " The Loves of Women". Celebrating lesbian love.

Please note the exhibition rules and fees.
Please advise how many paintings you plan to send for the exhibition, so that we may request the appropriate fees. Listed below are the three methods for payment, please select the most convenient method.

1-PAYPAL
You can open a Paypal account . It is free to open one. then send your email address. We will send you a Paypal money request.

2-TRANSFER USING WESTERN UNION
please send the membership payment under Antoine's name so he can pick it up.

3- TRANSFER INTO OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT

Fees:
Shipping your art to the exhibition is your greatest expense.
To limit the cost, we recommend shipping artwork rolled in a tube.
We can stretch and frame your painting, gallery style for $50 each.

A $50. service fee is to cover the expenses of global art gallery
How is the service fee spent?
An attendant will be allocated to your account.
The attendant will unwrap and log-in for inventory identification.
The attendant stores your work until installation of exhibition.
The attendant facilitates framing (take artwork to and from framer).
Your ready to hang work will be delivered to the curator to exhibit at the gallery.
At the end of the exhibit, if your artwork is sold, the attendant is responsible to secure your payment from the proceeds of the sale of your art.
The attendant is responsible for all details connetcted to your art from the time it arrives in Las Vegas until its designated destination after the exhibition.

Sizes:
• The artwork may be up to 36 X48 inches.
• Over 36x48 inches but no more than 48x60 inches a $50. oversize charge applies.
• You may exhibit up to 3 pieces, at $50. each additional.

• A label must be securely attached to the back of each painting. One extra label needed for back up.
Label should include the following information:
o Artist name, country
o Name of painting
o Size (height x width) and price of the artwork
o Return shipping address, local phone
o Your Email address

I am not sure what the total costs are.A service fee is mentioned and then later it states that one may exhibit up to three pieces at $50.00 each additional. If one enters three pieces what is the total cost?
